I am a stay at home Mum to my very own Mr Monkey and Miss Chicken.
I have a bit of a crochet and sewing addiction so what better way to support it than to share my creations with people other than friends and family. :-)
When starting to toilet train Mr Monkey I struggled to find some simple pull-on shorts that he would easily wear out and about and not look like the cat dragged him in! My solution - sew some simple cotton shorts with an elastic waist! That was the start of something that I have turned into Monkey & Chicken and has gone from strength to strength.
I have found it hard to find nice handmade items that are just a little different for boys, so this is one area I love working on!
